Please note that we are improving our patient software and online services.
The current service will be offline from 6 July 2016 and the new system will be online on 12 July 2016. During this time, if you are currently registered for online patient services, you will be unable to access online patient services, ie MyVisionOnline, as we’ll be migrating to the new system.
Patient Access – your new patient online services
You will receive instructions from us on how to register with the new patient online service soon – the new service is called Patient Access.
We will be inviting patients to come and register for Patient Access at the practice in due course, with support by our staff, and we will also demonstrate the system to you if you wish. You can also register yourself at home, and we will issue you with details on how to do so. Thank you for your patience whilst the change is in progress.
